Refund Policies
For Approved FOAT® Training Courses (Levels 1 - 4):
- Requests made 21 days or more before the registration deadline for a given course, will be granted a refund of the full registration fees paid minus administrative/transactional fees (fees vary based on course cost and your regional tax), or the option to apply the full registration fee as credit towards your account for future program costs.
- Requests made between 7 to 20 days before the registration deadline will be given a refund of 50% of your registration fee, or the option to apply the full registration fee as credit towards your account for future program costs.
- Any requests made within 6 days or less before the registration deadline are non-refundable but you will be given the option to apply the full registration fee as credit towards your account for future program costs.

- Requests within 7 days of initial course registration may be eligible for a refund only if the registrant has not made sufficient course completion progress. The refund amount granted is subject to review, up to a full refund minus an administrative/transactional fee (fee varies based on program cost and your regional tax). If a registrant has exceeded the acceptable course completion range (up to 25% maximum), the course will be non-refundable.
- Requests made 8 or more days after initial registration are non-refundable.
Refund FAQ
Q: What is the "administrative/transactional fee" that is deducted from every refund?
A: On top of a small administrative expense to process each refund request, the bulk of the aforementioned fee is a percentage of the original order amount that was automatically deducted by the Thinkific platform at the time of purchase (in other words, it is a transaction fee). The percentage is calculated based on the total order cost plus the sales tax (varies based on location of the buyer), if any. Unfortunately, we must subtract this fee from all refunds since per the Thinkific refund page, "Fees collected on a transaction are not refunded to you when you refund the transaction to a student." Given this Thinkific transaction fee is taken out of the payment we actually receive, we are unable to include that deducted fee in any refund granted.
